Sometimes an experiential learning experience is what’s needed for your senior team to think about improving leadership skills and developing your team.
A manufacturing strategy ‘game’ - absorbing and fast-paced you’ll leave recruitment behind for a while and focus on strategic thinking, team work and outside the box thinking. A 48 hour event perfect for large teams – 15 people minimum to make this work.
A 2 day, one night, ‘away-day’ in a lovely country house where you work together as a team, enjoy some quiet planning time, some down time and cook together in a competitive evening event. Perfect if you have a smaller Board or group you want to work with.
A shorter cookery lunch or evening event where you wrap around working on business topics with professional chefs to create a sumptuous lunch which you are then served. This can be run with any number and be part of a longer day with business messages and training wrapped round or before.
A 2 day, one night, ‘away-day’ in more spartan surroundings with outdoor exercises (not based on bravery or fitness!) to do and a campfire cook-out in the evening. Best in the summer months and not for those for whom wearing heels is the only solution!
